Business and Personal Background

  • Stephen has always felt a strong calling to make an impact on the lives of others. Whether it was through participation in church youth group mission trips, or his lifelong service as a staff member of Palmetto Boys State, a leadership program sponsored by the American Legion, he strives to combine service, passion and excellence to all that he does. His approach to the practice of law is no different. He developed his love of the courtroom when he was a member of the USC Law School Trial Competition Team, which ultimately went on to represent South Carolina in the Regional Trial Competitions. After competing in sports all of his life, he had found a vocation that would not only satisfy his sense of competitiveness, but more importantly, would provide an opportunity to profoundly impact the lives of his clients. He has chosen to represent individuals whose voices need to be heard and whose stories need to be told. He is a Trial Lawyer.
